Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
Please read these terms before placing and paying for an order with Deks Agro Foods.
1. Order Cancellation
6-Hour Window: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Cancellation Requests: Requests made after 6 hours are completely invalid, as your food items immediately enter processing.
2. Delivery & Disputes
Maximum Window: Delivery takes up to a maximum of 2 weeks, excluding weekends (14 business days) for international shipping, though items often arrive earlier depending on your country. By paying, you agree to wait for this timeframe.
Bank Disputes: Filing a chargeback or dispute before this 2-week window closes violates these terms. We will submit your agreement and tracking data to your bank to immediately cancel the dispute.
3. Returns & Food Safety
Damaged Goods: Due to food safety laws, items can only be returned if they arrive physically damaged at your delivery address.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns for items damaged by customer negligence.
Privacy Policy (NDPA Compliant)
Deks Agro Foods secures your personal data in strict compliance with the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA) under these core rules:
Data Collection: We collect your details (name, address, phone number) only to process your food orders, secure payments, and handle deliveries.
Confidentiality: Your data is safe with us. We will never share, sell, or publish your information without your explicit consent.
Retention: We only use your data while processing your order. Afterward, it is archived securely for company accounting and legal records.
